Martin Walfisz

I'm an experienced games industry executive, entrepreneur, creative director and investor.I have over 25 years hands-on experience from starting, leading, coaching and growing game studios from zero to hundreds of employees. In addition, I've gained invaluable insights as an advisor and board member for many different companies.During my career, I have gathered a deep appreciation for why the right strategy, culture, ambition, processes, leadership, technologies, and a relentless attention to detail is needed to create lasting, successful organisations.I'm a co-founder of Massive Entertainment (Ubisoft), Planeto, Nordisk Games (Egmont), Multiscription and non-profits Spelplan - Association of Swedish Game Developers, Game Habitat and Bornholm Game Days.I have a background in technology and an honorary PhD in Software Engineering from Blekinge Institute of Technology.
